This is an excellent coffee. Over 7000 farmers in the region grow it at an altitude between 3600ft and 4800ft. The farms are small and most are involved with cooperatives.

Our coffee comes from Cooperativa Café Timor established in 2000, shortly after the country became independent in 1999. CCT farmers grow all of their coffee under shade trees, and 100% of their coffee is produced organically.

This coffee is spicy and herbal with good acidity and excellent body.
